Hello again,

Some more!

  • 15.  The button that takes users back to the Employee Portal homepage keeps getting missed by users not realising it's there... no matter what I cange the text to.  I currently haveit set to this (using an Emoji + Text) but it's still not enough.

Please can I request formatting options for this bit of the Employee Portal:
    • Text colour + formatting
    • Icon on the left (so we can include a Left arrow) which can be disabled
    • Icon + Text Size
    • Background Colour
    • Border Colour
    • Padding
    • Interactive hover colour change, especially the background colour

  • 16.  People have mentioned that against a Service they can see the breadcrumb trail

(I still havent worked out where to change the Company Home text)2

But if you go into a page created within a Domain, there is no breadcrumb trail, and its confusing people (even if the Domain itself is highlight on the right)

I can't think of how else this could be improved at the menu except for something that would totally require an overhaul and probably not something that can be done in a short amount of time, which is to have a the menu at the top look like this (mock-up using the Developer Tools):
    image.thumb.png.c71ecb663638026a2f04cfaa7f1df064.png

And maybe some sort of indicator which shows what page you are on, under which Domain

Of course this would mean #15 wouldn't be required

Could the lack of breadcrumb trails when you're in a catalogue be looked at please?

Up until this point (so if you're looking at the domain or the service there's a breadcrumb trail, but once you've clicked in to the actual catalogue it disappears. Could this be set so that the trail is visible please?

Hi @Daniel Dekel

It doesn't seem to in ours - once the CI is selected, the breadcrumb disappears AND the Domain isn't shown (this option should show under the 'Applications and Software' domain for instance):

Is that a setting somewhere please?
