Requests cancelled by Full Users

Can anyone advise how i can create a List and Report in the Requests list to show calls that have been cancelled by Full Users. I cannot find a Condition for it. Thank you

@7oaks from memory a report on requests table and filter on status = cancelled and h_lastmodifiedusername then use h_lastmodifieduserid to join h_sys_accounts table to have the user type and filter on user type being full user.
