Janett Dervish Posted December 22, 2020 Share Posted December 22, 2020 Hi, How do we get to automatically change a customer within a BPM, I have tried using 'Contact (From Variable)' also a few other possible options i.e 'Co-worker From Variable) however am unable to change the customer. Steve Giller Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 @Janett Dervish You need to check what it held in the field_5_value field and ensure that it matches a valid Contact ID.
