Automatic Change of Customer

Hi,

How do we get to automatically change a customer within a BPM, I have tried using 'Contact (From Variable)' also a few other possible options i.e 'Co-worker From Variable) however am unable to change the customer.

How are you setting the Update Request -> Customer node? Could you paste a screenshot?

@Janett Dervish You need to check what it held in the field_5_value field and ensure that it matches a valid Contact ID.

The easiest way to do this in testing is to update the Timeline with the value so you can see it.
