Supplier to Asset

Afternoon All

Hope you are all safe and well.  My colleague is currently linking the supplier to the assets, however they do not appear to be linking.  We are able to go into a supplier which shows the assets listed at the bottom of the page, however when you click the "Launch Explorer" button the flow chart is not showing as linked, for example the 'depends on' and 'Connected to' are absent.  Please would it be possible to advise/help?  Thank you.

@Ann thanks for your post.

Launching the explorer opens the configuration manager application with focus on the selected asset. I don't believe the configuration manager app is setup to show links from assets to suppliers. I will ask the question internally and post back here.
