Can't delete a de-activated BPM

I'm trying to delete a de-activated BPM, but I get this error:

 

Is there something else I need to do before I can delete it please?

Hi Paul,

This will be because there are requests that are still using instances of this workflow that are still active.  There are some elements within a workflow that an instance of the workflow needs to refer back to.

Once the requests that are using instances of that BPM are closed, and the workflows finished, you will then be able to delete the BPM.

IT took a little digging to find this one request but, yes, there was ONE request which wasn't completed which was stopping me being able to delete the process.

Sorted now though, thank you...
