Guest Paul Alexander Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 I've opened a few PCF's this morning and am seeing this message on a few of them. What is it and what does it mean please?! We're currently having problems with a few processes not picking up custom fields, and I was wondering if this has anything to do with it?
David Hall Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 Hi @Paul Alexander This message will appear on inactive processes which contain custom forms that have had changes made since the form node was added into the progressive capture. The message is to explain that form changes e.g. addition/removal of fields will now be reflected in the available fields in the form node but these changes will not take any effect until you save/reactivate the process. NeilWJ Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 @Paul Alexander, Just a correction in what dave has said... it only updates "application forms" that are shipped with the app. It does not update "custom forms". The issue you are having with custom fields not being picked up will be something else and you should contact support so they can assist Cheers 1
