Ann Posted December 14, 2020 Share Posted December 14, 2020 Afternoon All Hope you are all safe and well on the lead up to Christmas. Please would it be possible to advise? We currently have our access so that Project Manager users are able to see all projects. However if they want to see just the projects they are assigned to on the main page rather than all projects would the best way to show this be to press the heart icon on each project required and then in the settings Change the 'Project Portfolio - Default Tab' to Favourites? We have got this way to work for us, however we just want to make sure this is the best way before sharing with the users. Thank you. I will ask about introducing a filter to just show projects you are involved in even if you are assigned the project portfolio role and have access to all projects.
