John C Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 @Victor hello, our service seems to be impacted, do you know how I can rectify this please?
Steve Giller Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 @John C Is this a Service on your Instance? If so then someone who has the rights to manage Services will have changed the status to Impacted. There are further details on the wiki.
John C Posted December 11, 2020 Author Posted December 11, 2020 @Victorit's OK IO got it, I ran the below report and it doesn't show who changed this or when as it was only changed either today or yesterday!? Last change by report is 21/08/19...can you shed any light on this? Thanks
John C Posted December 11, 2020 Author Posted December 11, 2020 @Steve Gillerthank you, but I am the only person with managed access and did not change this, I did change it back however!? See also the report I ran previously...
John C Posted December 11, 2020 Author Posted December 11, 2020 @Steve Gillerwould any of the below roles give the access you are talking about? I thought incident management full access and service request full access had to be assigned so my team could create these and edit etc? Should I assign them a different role like "incident manger" instead or?
John C Posted December 14, 2020 Author Posted December 14, 2020 @Steve Gillercan I have an update re the roles please , which to remove so my analysts do not have rights to manage services please? Also how come the report I ran above shows nothing new since 21/8/19?
