Frank Reay
Asset Administrators have rights to delete Assets. Normal Asset users don't but changes they make can be seen in the very useful History Audit. My Security team are asking if there is any visibility of which Admin deleted an Asset and when? Steve G
Hi @Frank Reay, As assets are audited, this can be done with a report against the audit table. I've attached an example report definition, which can be imported into your Service Manager reporting in the admin console. Cheers, Stevedeleted-assets.report.txt

AKetteringham
Hello Hornbill I have assets that have been deleted by mistake. How may I retrieve them. I am an Asset Administrator. However, I cannot find the audit table that you recommend above. Or may this is the wrong process for me. I have created a report Report Output Type = Single list of data Report Using = An Entity Report Entity = Asset
Steve Giller
@AKetteringham If you download the "deleted-assets.report.txt" file from Steve's post above this is the report to give you a list of deleted assets. Create a new Report, then use the green "Upload a report definition file" button and select the file you've just downloaded. Then simply save and run the Report. Obviously you can adjust this report as you see fit, for example by adding a date range if required.
