Alternatively you could raise the request and the update the request via the Hornbill Automation node using Type Update Request. Regards Ricky

Note, rather than using the Could Automations to interact with Service Manager on your instance, you could use the Hornbill Automations to log new requests - which means you no longer need to provide an API Key in keysafe: Cheers, Steve

AndyGilly Posted December 10, 2020 Author Posted December 10, 2020 Hi @Steve G I remember why we used the cloud automation now, i could not see how in the hornbill automation I set the co-worker/ customer value and the catalog item variable didn't do a lookup to my instance for me to select that variable. Are these items that could be considered? thanks Andy
