Time Sheet Issue

Afternoon All

Hope you are all safe and well.  Please would it be possible to advise/help on an issue we are currently having with Time Sheets.  One of our engineers has put 45 minutes against an incident on the time stamp, using a Technical Fix and has pressed Resolved.  However nothing is being added to the time sheet on the call or the engineers time sheet.  If they complete it from an update this is working fine.  Is this a known error please?  Thank you.

Hi @Ann

Thanks for the post.  I've just been trying this out and it appears I'm seeing the same issue with the time addition on the resolution tab, we'll do some more investigation to see if we can find out what the problem it.

Hope you are safe and well.  Please would it be possible for an update to the above issue?  It has just come to light that we may have also logged a job with yourselves back in 2019 for this (we have the reference if required), are you able to advise if the reference is still open or if the two can be combined?  Thank you.
