Guest Paul Alexander Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 We've got a user who no longer uses any Hornbill 'stuff' and I'm trying to downgrade their account from a User to a Basic type, however I'm being told that I 'can't demote user with Workspaces owned' As an admin, where do I find this please? This person is now on leave until next year so I can't ask her to remove her workspace for me... thanks Paul
Alberto M Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 On the user admin page, the rightmost tab "Workspaces". You can change the ownership of the workspaces the user owns.

Alberto M Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 I believe you need to set the temporarily user as "user" (not "basic") to get acces to the "Workspaces" tab available, then manage the workspaces ownership, then set the user back to "basic".
Guest Paul Alexander Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 Arggghhh.....that's a little frustrating (because now I feel stupid!!) thanks @Alberto M....I'd change the user type first, which is what prompted this post, so it didn't show the Workspaces option. Sorted now though....thanks!
