Victor Posted December 2, 2020 Share Posted December 2, 2020 We have identified a defect in the latest ESP platform update which can potentially disrupt the Hornbill service on all live instances. Due to the severity of the issue we have implemented a fix in a patch update which needs to be deployed as soon as possible. The service in all live instances will be restarted at 10:45 with a 1 - 2 minutes expected downtime. Victor Posted December 2, 2020 Author Share Posted December 2, 2020 The maintenance exercise is estimated to take place for approximate 40 minutes. All live instances will be restarted in sequence. Please note this does not mean the service being unavailable for 40 minutes, it refers to the whole exercise. The individual instances should be offline for a few minutes only.
