Program duplication

Afternoon All

Hope you are safe and well.  Please would it be possible to help/advise, I have created a program containing a selection of projects and under the Programme member tab I have added my colleague in order that they would also be able to view the program, however the system has contained another entry on my program list exactly the same and if I remove my colleague the duplication on the program list disappears.  Please would it be possible to advise if this is correct?  Thank you.

@Ann thanks for your post.

In order to be able to view programmes, you need to have the role 'Programme Manager'. If you get your Hornbill Administrator to assign the role to your colleague they should be able to see Programmes as well.

Apologies Alex, I don't think I worded that correctly.  

I have created the programme and given access to my colleague which they are able to see.  However another entry has been listed on MY programme list exactly the same. If I then remove my colleague from the programme I go back to having one entry as I would expect to have on my list.
