Employee portal switch on / self service switch off dates

Good morning

 

In order to prepare for any changes I may need to carry out over the festive period, can you advise what date the old self service portal will be switched off?

I need to ensure the employee portal I have created as a replacement is passed through our internal change and release process before we take a hiatus over the festive period, if the switch off will take place before the end of the year.

I've just been informed that "You can continue to use service.hornbill.com after the 31/12/2020, at the moment the date is currently being deferred due to Covid"

Do we have a hard date for this? I am trying to get everyone on board with changing the portal over but our change freeze hits on Friday and I dont think we are going to make it as gracefully as I would like.
