Please would it be possible to advise why we have been getting an error message when trying to add a checklist to a task? My colleague created a task, they are a member on the project and was able to save without any issues, however when they went in to create a checklist within the task they got the error message "Failed to update the project task. Please contact your Hornbill Administrator". I tried to add the checklist to the task and was able to without any errors, I am an administrator. Please would it be possible to advise? Thank you. AlexTumber Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 @Ann thanks for your post. Can I ask who the task is owned by/assigned to? Project Members can only update their own tasks on a project. The Project Manager of a project can update all project tasks. Alex
