Afternoon

Please would it be possible to help/advise regarding templates?  I have created a template that has the milestones already set up but how would I then use the template when creating a new project please?  Thank you.

You'll need to add the project template form into your progressive capture flow. Once you've done this, you'll be able to select a project template when creating a new project:

Hi Alex

Thank you for the above guidance.  We have added the project template form to our progressive capture flow and activated the project template.  When I try to create a project I am given the option to select the different templates.  I created a template to contain 9 milestones in order that these would already be added for the project managers, however when I select the template and create a new project the milestones are not creating.  We have looked at all of the details and they appear to be correct, please would it be possible for some help?  Thank you.

Thanks for your post. I will contact you separately about this. It may be something like the milestone dates fall outside the project dates etc.
