Please would it be possible for some help/assistance with an urgent report or query I currently have. I am needing a report which will show the time spent on a project as a whole and also per individual that worked on the project. I have looked at creating a report however the time spent is displaying a 5 digit number and I am unsure that it is also incorporating the time spent on the Changes/Problems/Service Requests and Incidents related to the project. Please would it be possible for some help in creating the report and with the process of how the work/time should be logged against the project, just to make sure that we are doing this correctly?
