Guest Paul Alexander Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 I've just done a search for a Service Manager Email Routing Rule Template (called 'phishing or malware email reported') which, as you can see is on page 4 of 6 of our list of templates: However, when I do a search for this item when I'm on page 1 of these templates, I get this: I then have to scroll to page 4 to get the result to show: Which makes the searching a bit redundant!! Thanks!
