Jeremy
This may be in the wrong section, but wasn't sure what it fall under. We have an automatic process but at around 2/3am they seem to 'fail' to assign to an owner, our autobot account is permanently logged in and is part of the Service Desk Team, normal daily operation work fine but we have noticed that a few times the BPM has not assigned the request, it still carries on but it looks like it fails as there is no team/owner.... I have included a couple of the failures including one last night. Any help appreciated.
ArmandoDM
Hi @Jeremy the timeline entry shows that either the user does not belong to the team or the user is not enabled for assignment. Have you checked that the user is enabled for assignment ? Regards Armando
Jeremy
Yes this account is set up for assigning, we use this every few minutes for our automated requests etc. @ArmandoDM
ArmandoDM
@Jeremy if the issue presents occasionally, then we'd need deeper investigation on that. Ideally an use case where the issue can be replicated.
