JBasey
Hi, Our instance has single sign on so our users do not need a username/password to access service.hornbill.com We have a small number of users who this isnt suitable for, they are our employees but do not have the means to authenticate using self service. I would like to know if there is a way we can let them access service.hornbill.com which prompts them for a username password that we can manually set up for their hornbill basic user account. Is this possible? Thanks James
Gerry
@JBasey Thanks for the question. Yes its possible, with the Employee Portal, I will need to check the status with the service portal. On the more recent updates of the login screen, those users will simply be able to press this button, at which point it will prompt them for their username/password, which you can set up in Hornbill against their user account. TrevorHarris
@JBasey To enable this option in the service portal you need to set the following to setting to true guest.anonymous.saml.user.allowhornbilllogin It can be found under Applications > Hornbill Collaboration > Application Settings after this, users of the service portal will be given the option to sign in with SSO or Hornbill Direct Login Thanks Trevor
