Correct URL for basic users to access the Employee Portal.

Using SSO for all basic users to gain access to the Employee Portal

https://service.hornbill.com/ourdomain was previously in place.  And redirected as below.

Probably an easy answer, but what url are you directing basic staff users to to access the employee portal.

https://live.hornbill.com/ourdomain the same as your agents   the employee portal is now part of the same interface but basic users will be taken to the employee portal landing page.
