Dave Longley Posted November 10, 2020 Share Posted November 10, 2020 Hello, I was wondering if someone can help me and tell me what settings I need to config so that of we send an email to the requested, the BPM will automatically put the ticket on hold with a specific sub-status and when the requestor replies it add the tickets back to active? If so I'd like to know about it too...although I don't think that this can be done using the bpm (except at predetermined points in the process) because an email can be sent at any point in the process.
