tickets going on hold automatically when emailing requester

@Dave Longley is this actually a setting?! If so I'd like to know about it too...although I don't think that this can be done using the bpm (except at predetermined points in the process) because an email can be sent at any point in the process.

If it ISN'T then could it be an option to, with one click, send the email AND have the option of putting the request on hold?
