Workflow/BP errors on Notify Customer Email nodes and general Email issues [RESOLVED]

We have noticed a potential issue where Automated email nodes may experience an error.

We are aware of this issue and are investigating.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and are currently working on a fix.  I'll have a further update shortly.

A patch for this issue has been created is currently being deployed to all Instances
