Harry Hornbill Posted November 9, 2020 Share Posted November 9, 2020 Hello Everyone The latest build of Live Chat (110) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows:Change Improved the Close Chat feature, so that when a chat is closed by the user, the user is returned to the popup to allow another chat session to be created; Removed fullscreen button from chat popup, as this led to portal users getting stuck in fullscreen mode with no obvious way out. Fix Users could still start a chat session when Live Chat was closed (outside of working time calendar); Live Chat closed & busy notification not showing in Employee Portal or My Services; When a chat is closed or cancelled by the agent, the user could only close the chat window and would not have the option to create another chat; Issue where the agent accepts a chat, the user chat box could not be maximised, and the chat could only be viewed in full-screen mode; Issue where the agent accepts a chat, the user chat box would sometimes be minimised; Issue where the agent cancels the chat, the user was not presented an appropriate message and was stuck with a minimized chat window until refresh; Multiple issues with minimised chat header display spacing; Issue with chat header not containing agent name for active chat sessions until browser refresh.
