Joe Posted November 5, 2020 Share Posted November 5, 2020 Hi All, As a basic user in the employee portal ,in the Documents section of a service, I only get the option to Download documents (in this case PDFs) whereas if I navigate away to Document manager and view the Portal Customer library documents (the same documents), I get the option to Open.
