Having to "Download" documents rather than "Open"

Hi All, As a basic user in the employee portal ,in the Documents section of a service, I only get the option to Download documents (in this case PDFs) whereas if I navigate away to Document manager and view the Portal Customer library documents (the same documents), I get the option to Open. Is it not possible to open in Portal (browser)?

Hi @joe

Currently the option to open pdfs in browser is only available in the main Document Manager view.  We will look at at adding it for the documents in a service view and let you know when its available
