Just to jump into this one, I happen to be looking at a shared list / chart issue on our Service Desk - they have a shared request list view with an associated chart - however, one of the team can not view the Chart but the others can? Not sure why one would not see it but everyone else can? I presume the Hidden default view only shows on the owner of the request list view when they configure it, rather than each person it is shared to having to change the 'hidden' default? Thanks

When it comes to charts on Shared Views, the charts are included.  But the dashboard where these charts are displayed are personal to the user.  The personal dashboards are not shared.  The shared charts always have the the visibility turned off by default and then the user has the option to make it visible on their personal dashboard if they want it to be displayed.  The Chart is Visible option is not shared.  This is a personal setting for each user where they can decide if they want to include a shared chart on their personal dashboard.
