Notices : Unable to Create New Alert or Information

Since the above feature was launched, our users were able to create new Notices and Alerts on all requests.
Over the past few days, these users are now, no longer able to create this and get the below error:
image.thumb.png.32731368eb6278dd023adf88fa717eb3.png                        It would seem that there has been a change to permissions so a new Application Role may be required, so that we can assign users to this Role.  We do not want to make users Full Admin users, simply so that they can add Notices and Alerts.

Hiya, Just to confirm i have tried this on our instance of Hornbill and we are able to add Notices to requests still with no issues - however you need either of these roles to be able to set it according to the Wiki as below: 

I will have to let someone from Hornbill comment as to if there was a change to this at all recently.
