Users not importing with AD integration.

Hi,

We have had a couple of users that have recently been created in AD but they do not seem to be coming through into Hornbill.

We have ensured the users are in the right OU that sync's, have an email address, have line manager and job title but this does not seem to import. We have also tried a manual import but they still do not appear. 

Anyone got any ideas?

If the import is working except for these specific Users it suggests there is something specific about their accounts that is blocking the import.
This could be data missing from a required field, or a duplicate value on a unique field, for example.

Have you noticed any errors in the log files?

Also - which tool are you using to import, and are you on the latest version?
