matthew.payne Posted October 30, 2020 Share Posted October 30, 2020 Hi, We have had a couple of users that have recently been created in AD but they do not seem to be coming through into Hornbill. We have ensured the users are in the right OU that sync's, have an email address, have line manager and job title but this does not seem to import. Steve Giller Posted October 30, 2020 Share Posted October 30, 2020 If the import is working except for these specific Users it suggests there is something specific about their accounts that is blocking the import. This could be data missing from a required field, or a duplicate value on a unique field, for example. Have you noticed any errors in the log files? Steve Giller Posted October 30, 2020 Share Posted October 30, 2020 The Required fields will be based on your configuration, so I can't really confirm with any accuracy.
