   I have found a a reference to a form in the about progressive capture however i don't know how to find it as i need to update this.
   
   Any pointers please?

Hi Shamaila,

Unless you have a support plan with Hornbill, no one is going to have access to your data in order to help.  You will need to provide more information, such as where are you seeing this reference?   Maybe a screenshot of your progressive capture, but make sure you mask out any information that you don't want to make public.
