human task Human Task Outcomes taking Item Value

We have a task that uses a dynamic simple list as we don't want to input it everytime we use it, with the options of Yes, No, N/A but to display these in that order we have to ade 1,2,3 to the Item value to allow sensible ordering. However when the task is completed the outcomes show the Item Value rather than the display value (see below), is there way to change these to be the display values? As it makes reading the outcomes of the task a lot easier than remembering 1=Yes etc.

Wouldn't is be as easy to use

1. Yes
2. No
3. n/a

as the Values which would still sort the same way?

Using Display as the outcome means (in a different scenario) you might have a paragraph of text and then have to use that in a Decision node.

@Steve Giller I can make these adjustments, but sometimes we have better information in the display value to extract/display and it doesn't look like a particularly elegant solution (with the numbers etc).
