Steve Giller Posted October 23, 2020 Share Posted October 23, 2020 (edited) Under Applications -> Hornbill Service Manager -> Application Settings in the Admin Tool Enter visibility in the filter and you will see a number of settings that allow you to specify the default visibility for various actions/updates. The video gives a 5 min overview of some of the most common ones we get asked about. There's a minute spent on some relating to the soon to be deprecated service.hornbill.com which of course can be fast-forwarded through, but there rest are good to be aware of.
