Task Name sorting

Hope you are all safe and well.  Myself and other project managers are trying to sort our task names but they do not appear to be going into alphabetical order.  We have tried adding numbers to the start of the tasks as well and it is not grouping the numbers together either.  Please would it be possible to advise if this is a known bug?  Thank you.
