New Update: Hornbill Service Manager (2030)

The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (2030) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

New

• You can now suspend a process to wait for an Asset to be linked to a Request. This can be achieved through "Requests > Suspend > Wait for Linked Assets" Hornbill Automation. - See more on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Service_Manager_Business_Process_Workflow#Wait_for_Linked_Assets
• Tags can now be added to Assets. Assets can be filtered by tags in the Assets list and the 'Assets' option in the global search. - See more on the wiki https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Assets#Tags

• Extended 'Requests > Get Request Information > Service Details' Hornbill Automation to return the Service Domain attribute for a service.

• Hide availability status in a Request's assign action tab when the feature is disabled. {PM00164505}
• Assets list fails to load when sorting by an extended field. {PM00164463}
• The property 'Product ID' is not displayed in the Assets list. {PM00164456}
