Couple of the Service Desk Team are unable to add new FAQs due to permissions Cog -> Service Manager -> My Services -> "IT Support" -> FAQs -> +New FAQ What group do they need to be in ? Thanks

If a user has the Services Manager role and the service is open, they will be able to manage FAQ's or 2. If the user is part of a team which supports the service, they will be able to manage FAQ's (without being a Service Manager).
