Is there a way to make the Domains appear more visible or to make them look like section in the navigation section? 

Although it looks clean and minimal, they aren't prominent enough to indicate that they are navigational links, and the feedback is that they're easy to miss.

We will have a look and see what is possible, its a bit subjective, but we should certainly be able to tweak this in the right direction.
