Hello,

I have a question about the Result Reference field in Business Processes.

In any new Business Process I create, this field is completed automatically. However, in older Business Processes, the field is blank. If I update any older Business Process, new nodes will have the field completed, but the existing nodes will be blank. Is it okay to keep the existing nodes blank?

I've had a look at the Hornbill Automation page on the wiki but I'm unsure what this means for existing Business Processes.

Hi Alisha,

Thanks for your post.  If you are not using the result reference anywhere, then there is no need to update the existing nodes that are blank.
