Automated request logging?

Hi!

I have a spreadsheet created on a weekly basis of a list of users who have changed roles within the business.  We need to log requests for each person in order to amend their systems access and permissions.

Is there a way to script / automate the logging of service manager requests?

I know there are powershell commands for doing things in the CMDB but are there any that can be used to log tickets?  Or is there another way to do this such as a request import spreadsheet like there is for asset imports?

You could use the Request Import Tool, with an ODBC connection pointing to your spreadsheet as the data source.
