Change Service/Catalogue on Closed Requests?

Hi, 

 

Is there a way to update Service / Catalogue item for closed requests directly in the database?

 

I have a couple of catalogue items which I want to move from one service to another but ideally would like to update the service / catalog item on old closed requests in the database so that I only have to report on one service in the future.

@Will J Douglas possibly our product specialist team can do this as an expert service exercise? While theoretically possible (anything is possible) it is not a very straight forward path.

We won't and do not do updates directly in the database, only our infrastructure team has access to database and can do this in very special circumstances.
