Hyperlinks in notices

Hi, is it possible to hyperlink banner content?  See below example of a URL combined with a custom field (input via a task) to make a Royal Mail tracking link for the customer:

Thanks for your post.  I can see how this could be useful.  We don't have any planned work at the moment for adding to the notices, but I'll keep this in mind for when we do.

Definitely a consideration.  Just not scheduled to be looked at yet.  I'll provide some feedback here once it has been reviewed.

+1 example use-case: The notice contains a link to a piece of reference documentation that we may wish to highlight at a given place in a workflow; and not just for the team or owner of the next activity.

The work on this feature has been completed and will be part of the next Service Manager update.  You should have it within the next couple of weeks.  Keep an eye open for the next Service Manager release notes. Hope that helps.

Thanks @James Ainsworth, if URLs are already configured to be there, will they automatically operate as URLs or do we need to add additional code?

Existing URLs should work without the need for any additional wiki markup. I believe that they would need the full URL which includes https://  at the beginning in order to work.
