Have to sign in with SSO Twice, to actually login. Azure AD

This happened for at least two people for us (one analyst and one customer), after clearing the cookies they got in.

We have sent to all our 'users' how to clear cookies to log in to this maybe masking the issue,

Hi @TrevorHarris

We were getting this issue previously, but today it looks ok for us (we did the clear the cache earlier this week - after the patch issue).

I'll let you know if it returns.

@TrevorHarris This morning I actually had to close the page and delete cookies etc as I tried 6 times to SSO and no joy...very frustrating for our end users...

Also some end users cannot access the service anymore via Google Chrome and have to use Edge!!??

We're looking to rollout employee portal to 10's of thousands of people very soon. This looks really bad, sorry, and was highlighted by our early adopting users. Recently it has become worse rather than better, as browser close/cache clearing required. Urgent resolution appreciated as it is affecting our plans.

@Joe I updated our instance to the new employee portal prior to Xmas and this seems to have resolved it, so if your using the original instance and haven't moved over to the new employee perhaps this is why it's still happening for you!?
