Jeremy
When we are using this functionality is appears that if you type in someone's handle (username) in our case the system returns nothing in the search, can this be looked into please. Also if there was a way to search Customers (both contacts and co-workers) that would be great and most people who use the system don't distinguish between the two sets of accounts. Daniel Dekel
Hi @Jeremy, Can you please clarify what is that you want to search on, username or handle because these are different properties. Regarding searching both, contacts and users, I'm sorry but that's not possible. It might be developed in the future by the individual applications but it can't be part of the platform. Regards, Daniel.
Jeremy
@Daniel Dekel sorry think both are incorrect, so in our case it would be the userID (which equates to a username in our world)

Daniel Dekel
Hi @Jeremy, I spoke to the platform team and they will add the ability to search by User ID in the Co-Workers List. It can take a couple of weeks to go out... so keep an eye on the Release Notes of the Platform. Regards, Daniel. 1
