Ann Posted September 16, 2020 Share Posted September 16, 2020 Morning I have an engineer that is currently using the Mobile App for Service Manager, however they can view their own requests but are not able to view them in a customised way like on the website. James Ainsworth Posted September 16, 2020 Share Posted September 16, 2020 Hi Ann, Thanks for your post. For the most part this comes down to screen size and available space. There are some basic default views that you can create on the mobile app, however we don't currently offer a like for like view between the full client and the mobile client. You can actually run the full client on a mobile phone's browser and from there you may see the challenges of trying to work with a view that is designed for a bigger screen.
