Ann-MarieHolloway
Hi Hornbill bods, Has anyone else noticed that the time is out by 1 hour when you export a View into Excel? I have selected Call Number / Summary / Owner and Raised On columns and the date is correct, however the time is 1 hour behind.
James Ainsworth
The 1 hour difference will be due to BST. The database will be storing the date in UTC. After October 25th when the clocks go back to GMT, you won't see that hour's difference. I will look to see if this should be exporting the dates as they are viewed in the request list rather than what is stored in the database. You may also find that there might be some date options in Excel to specify your location which will format it for you. Regards, James

HGrigsby
+1 for the time being correctly displayed when we are in BST. I have had several complaints about the time being an hour out when exported. I know we can change in excel but would be handy if the time was always correct when exported. thanks Helen
