The latest build of Hornbill Service Manager (2017) has been released to live.

Change Log for this release are as follows:

• A Timesheet default category has been added for the Link Document Request Action. {CH00163380}

• Business Process does not resume from wait for update if updated by a basic user in the Employee Portal. {PM00164168}

• Query Performance enhancements when loading the request list {PM00163559}
• Selecting All My Services option in the request list on service page displays requests raised against different services {PM00163844}
• Trying to open a historic update email attachment from a request will fail for non admin users {PM00163901}
• Timesheet Total time will now be updated when linking a document to a request {PM00162860}
• Auto assignment will only consider a user as available when their status is set to "Available" {PM00164033}
• Remove teams that no longer exist in the system from a Service's supporting teams {PM00163913}
• Do not display the service status message in employee portal when it is set to "No Status" {PM00163393}
