hi All

just wanted to see if there is anyway to use Knowledge Centre internally for our Service Desk? Our idea was to load guides and FAQs for the Service desk to search against when a customer calls as at the moment they have some spreadsheets with contact numbers, key data, who deals with what etc and I wanted to explore any possibilities to load this to the System for the Analysts
