AndyHill Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 Any tasks we assign or have previously assigned attachments on to are no longer opening. Alberto M Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 @AndyHill, we are experiencing this and we have reported this to Hornbill support team a few days ago and the feedback I've got is that it's a defect (ref: KE00164271). I've just tried to add an activity to a request with an attached file and: 1) After clicking the "Save" button on the activity, the "New activity" window stayed there indefinitely with the Hornbill symbol running until I needed to refresh the request page. 2) The activity was created and, if I try to open it, it still does nothing. Alberto M Posted September 9, 2020 Share Posted September 9, 2020 @James Ainsworth, I've cleared the cache, logged out from Hornbill, closed the browser and no success. Creating the task with an attachment stays like the image here - notice that the task is created but the window doesn't close. The same when trying to open a task that has an attachment.
