Project Time automatically adjusting

Morning.

Hope you are all well.  I am currently finding that when I create a new project if I enter the start date/time and end date/time, the system is automatically adjusting the time by an hour.  For example if I enter a start time of 08:00 and an end time of 16:00 the system is adjusting them to 07:00 and 15:00.  Is this is known issue at all please?  Thank you.

@Ann thanks for your post. This sounds like a bug with the progressive capture form. I will ask our development team to investigate.
