We are also seeing multiple errors (below) when trying to browse through tickets, add updates etc. (phservicedesk) We have run a status check but this is coming back clear. We can inform you that there appears to be nothing wrong with your instance, all resources are fine, services as expected and all tests are returning what we would expect. The fact that the time out occurs on the first stage suggests a problem between you and the server. Can you confirm that this occurs on a machine not on your site. It appears as though things are pretty much back to normal now in terms of speed and the errors have gone away. We will keep an eye on it.
