Approval Node (Task)- email notification

Hi,

Is there a way to set an email notification to task assignee , when an Approval task is created and assigned to them?

We use authorisation node for our change request, this is usually assigned to up to 3 users ( with weight distribution among them). How can I set an email to be sent to them when these task are created?

Hi @Joyce  

There is a system setting for this under Home > Applications > Service Manager > Settings

app.request.sendEmailToAuthorisers

There is also another system setting to manage which email template is used, so you can use, edit or replace the default one

guest.app.requests.notification.emailTemplate.taskAuthoriser

The default email authorisation email is called

TaskAuthoriserNotification
